How To Enhance Your Brain and Mind Power

Do you believe that you can increase you brain and mind power? You can actually do that if you know how. I have increased my brain and mind power in the area of being more:
1. Intuitive.
2. Creative.
3. Calmer and Relaxed.
4. Happier.
5. Lesser tension.
6. Sleep more soundly.
7. Think more positively
8. More confidence
9. Able to let go more
10. Able to handle different situations better.
All these results came about after my consistent effort to improve and enhance myself through my willingness to invest money and time on tools that helps.
You could also improve your brain and mind function more permanently through these helpful tips:
Exercise and Breathing
Exercise is a well know facts that will help a person’s well being. It helps with blood circulations and thus bringing oxygen to your brain.
If you are not ready to go to the gym or outside your house you can practice walking up and down the stairs in your house. Start slowly then increase to more rounds once you are sure your heart can take it.
(Do take care if you have heart issue)
Any activity that has a positive effect on physical health has a positive effect on your mind, as well.
Eat Well
Eating well will take care of your entire body. That will also include your brain. Thus giving you the nutrients that you need to think properly and clearly. Besides eating well,
Taking supplements or vitamins are also part of the healthy routine to enhance brain function. I take supplements everyday, because I believe that supplements is like taking good food. For me I take multi-vitamins, Flaxseed Oil which has natural source of Omega 3,6 & 9, Ginkgo Biloba – a good brain supplement, there are more, but just to name a few.
Relax your mind
Practice breathing whenever you need to relax your mind. Deep breathing relaxes as well as energize your mind.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is good for relaxation too. I love sniffing a little aromatic oil such as peppermint, lemon grass, rose and basil for instant. These are ‘top” oil (Top oil in aromatherapy means it energizes) so don’t sniff before you go to bed, it will keep you alert. I will also use my aromatic diffuser to diffuse the essential oil in my room if I am not in a rush.
When I have the time to relax, using the aromatic diffuser together with my brainwave CDs, or Hypnosis CDs, I will go into meditation and reprogram my subconscious mind.

Half an hour before I sleep every night, I will plug on my Hypnosis CDs and listen until I dose off.
(I do it every night consistently)
Release and let go
Every time I feel heavy in my mind and spirit, on top of doing all the above, I will also listen to motivational and inspiring messages. Our brain and mind has to release all the negatives that we have accumulated through our daily encounters with people and the things we have absorbed.
I strongly believe that without first dealing with our root problems, like deleting and releasing and then reprogramming our subconscious from self-sabotage, no matter what self-help or self-development we take on will have high resistance. Thus will have least results.
Why do I believe this so strongly? Because I am a good example. I am an avid reader and listener to motivational and self-help messages. I dislike being negative and I also do not like to dwell on the negatives. So it sounds like I am the most up beat and happy person on earth. Sad to say, I really had a hard time keeping myself that way, even though I would love to be such. I am not referring to being up and never down all the time, that won’t be realistic too and it will be flaky.
I was always self-sabotaging myself whenever I was up. No sooner I got back to my down side after a while. I just had problem staying up longer. Due to my parents constant negative input when I was growing up, my subconscious mind had recorded those negative words in the tape and started to play whenever I feel up and doing well in life. That was my old me.
Fortunately, I discovered that our brainwaves and subconscious mind can be altered by deleting and then reprogramming with new positive inputs.
There are 4 different stages of brainwaves that our brain operates.
1. Beta
2. Alpha
3. Theta
4. Delta
What are Brainwaves?
Your brain is made up of billions of brain cells called neurons, which use electricity to communicate with each other. The combination of millions of neurons sending signals at once produces an enormous amount of electrical activity in the brain, which can be detected using sensitive medical equipment (such as an EEG), measuring electricity levels over areas of the scalp.
The combination of electrical activity in the brain is commonly called a BrainWave pattern, because of its cyclic, “wave-like” nature.

Beta (12hz - 38hz)
Wide awake. This is the state you are normally in from the moment you wake up to the time you go to sleep at night. Usually, this state in itself is uneventful, but don’t underestimate its importance. Entraining SMR and Beta 1 in particular can be extremely beneficial to people with mental or emotional disorders such as insomnia, depression or ADD. This band can also be used for increasing focus or even IQ!
Alpha (8hz - 12hz)
Awake but relaxed and not processing much information. When you get up in the morning and just before sleep, you are naturally in this state. When you close your eyes your brain automatically starts producing more Alpha waves.
Alpha is usually the goal of experienced meditators, using brainwave technology tools to enter it is incredibly easy. You can also use this state for effective self-hypnosis and mental re-programming.
Theta (3hz - 8hz)
Light sleep or extreme relaxation. Theta can also be used for hypnosis, accelerated learning and mental programming (using pre-recorded suggestions).
Delta (0.2hz - 3hz)
Deep, dreamless sleep. Delta is the slowest band of brainwaves. When your dominant brainwave is Delta, your body is healing itself and “resetting” its internal clocks. You do not dream in this state and are completely unconscious.
The Significance of Brainwaves
With the discovery of brainwaves came the discovery that electrical activity in the brain will change depending on what the person is doing. For instance, the brainwaves of a sleeping person are vastly different than the brainwaves of someone wide awake. Over the years, more sensitive equipment has brought us closer to figuring out exactly what brainwaves represent and with that, what they mean about a person’s health and state of mind.
You can tell a lot about a person simply by observing their brainwave patterns. For example, anxious people tend to produce an overabundance of high Beta waves while people with depression tend to produce an overabundance of slower Alpha/Theta brainwaves.
Researchers have found that not only are brainwaves representative of of mental state, but they can be stimulated to change a person’s mental state, and even help treat a variety of mental disorders. Certain Brainwave patterns can even be used to access exotic or extraordinary experiences such as “lucid dreaming” or ultra-realistic visualization.
When the brain is presented with a rhythmic stimulus, such as a drum beat for example, the rhythm is reproduced in the brain in the form of these electrical impulses. If the rhythm becomes fast and consistent enough, it can start to resemble the natural internal rhythms of the brain, called brainwaves. When this happens, the brain responds by synchronizing its own electric cycles to the same rhythm. This is commonly called the Frequency Following Response (or FFR):
FFR can be useful because brainwaves are very much related to mental state. For example, a 4 Hz brainwave is associated with sleep, so a 4 Hz sound pattern would help reproduce the sleep state in your brain. The same concept can be applied to nearly all mental states, including concentration, creativity and many others. It can even act as a gateway to exotic or extraordinary experiences, such as deep meditation or “lucid dreaming” type states.
If you listen closely to sound played through Mind Studio, you will hear small, rapid pulses of sound. If you look at the visualization screen you will see subtle pulses of light. As time progresses, the frequency rate of these pulses is changed slowly, thereby changing your brainwave patterns and guiding your mind to various useful mental states.
In order to have more permanent change and lasting effect, always start from the root cause.

Mind You, Law Of Attraction Is To Attract Not Subtract.
Law = law and order. There is a certain law and order for everything. If you take a piece of ice and put it under fire or water, it will melt. If you throw something up in the air it will drop back down, this is the law of gravity. Don’t need to be a rocket scientist to know the law of gravity is there, even though you don’t see it with your eyes.
So my question is, why should law of attraction be any different? There is certain law and order about attracting the right things, people and events into our lives.
The vibrations that emit out from your subconscious mind is the law of attraction in action. So question, what do you feed your subconscious mind with? And that is exactly what it will vibrate from your thoughts to your actions thus giving you the results want or unwanted.
When I discovered the POWER of our Subconscious mind, that it has 95% working power, and our Conscious mind has only 5%, I started to work on my subconscious mind diligently and intentionally. I am now happier, calmer, intuitively more sensitive and more creative ideas dropping on me frequently.
Attraction mean drawing something towards you. So Law of attraction is actually Law of “Drawing something towards you”
I have been attracting money towards me recently. Not like a lot but it is starting to get my attention now. I have people giving me money for no reason. They just feel like doing it. So I am happy to let them be generous
Share with you an incident that happened last week. I had an appointment with my masseur. The place that I signed up a full massage course is a very busy place. Their appointments are fully lined up, so being late means no, no.
I had some project to do for someone, so I was pressed for time that day. But I needed a massage after sleeping late for several nights and being busy with a few things.
I went out of my house a bit late, so I decided to take a cab there. But that day, cabs were scarce. I waited for sometime and was getting a bit impatient. Somehow I told myself to relax and things will work out fine. I decided not to ruffle my thoughts but to sing in my heart, my favorite song “ Right Place, Right Time” As I kept singing mentally to myself those positive word, that “I am always at the Right Place and At the Right Time” I felt my mind started to relax and feeling joyful and happy suddenly.
I still couldn’t get a cab, so I decided to take a bus there. Cut long story short, I finally arrived at the shopping mall where the massage place is. I walked as fast as I could, and as I walked, from a distant I saw a $ 2 dollar notes stuck a the side of the glass panel. There were many people walking pass these $ 2 note without noticing it. So when I walked pass the $2 note, I just pick it up. Everybody were too busy and just walked pass it without noticing it, so it’s finders keeper
Why am I so excited about this? It’s just a $ 2 note, no big deal actually. To me it’s not about the value, it more about the attraction factors. I thank the Universe for that even though it is only a $ 2. I have this sense of inner satisfaction that whatever I tools I have been using, all the brainwaves tools, subliminal and affirmation words I have been diligently and intentionally using, have caused me to be more attune to my Inner Voice and Inner Source.
Recently, my friend has asked me to go help him at his shop temporarily, as he is short handed. So I obliged. You know, I have also experienced good things over here. As all the other staffs were complaining how unreasonable the customers were, and how this and how that, I just shake my head inwardly. I think it’s because of what my subconscious mind emit out, the vibration that attracts the right customers, I get to always serve the nice ones. One customer like me so much that she even tease me by saying she wants me to be her God daughter
I just love this !
Coming back to my post title, “Mind You, Law Of Attraction Is To Attract Not Subtract.”
So what you put in your subconscious mind will either Attract or Subtract the good things in your life. Start attracting good things, people and events, don’t subtract.

Manifesting and The Power Of Our Subconscious Mind
Hi Dyan, Thank you for giving me this opportunity to participate in this blog tour. This is my honor. I appreciate that. Here are the questions for you.
1. You have such gifts like being clairvoyant, clairaudient, and clairsentient. In addition you are also what is known as a voice recognition psychic and trance channel. How did you receive such wonderful gifts?
Hi Gamy! Thank you for hosting me today. I appreciate the opportunity to connect with you and your readers!
I incarnated into this lifetime into an era when these gifts were not considered to be wonderful at all. They were not as widely accepted as they are today, primarily because they were misunderstood and even considered as coming from evil rather than from God.
Now we have a lot of people who have awakened to the fact that we were not just dropped off on this planet with no way to “phone home.” Therefore, the terms psychic, clairvoyant, clairaudient, and clairsentient and so forth, in general, have come to define basically anyone who has awakened to their innate intuition.
Everyone has it. My particular gifts aren’t anything that I tried to call to myself in a conscious manner, and I don’t feel special in any way. They were just there from the beginning. I came in with them. It was a long time before I realized that everyone wasn’t walking around all dialed up like I was. So then it just became a matter of figuring out how to best use these things for the highest and best purpose.
As to how I received these gifts, I believe that I have them because I came here with a purpose and a mission for which I need to have them. And part of that mission is to build this spiritual toolbox that I am building and to help people remember who they are and move forward on the path to ascension. These gifts are for helping people, rather than being all in my ego about them. You won’t find me on a psychic challenge trying to prove myself and the power of these things to the world. To me, it serves no purpose.
2. Did you have the blessings of having loving and supportive parents, thus was given the right environment to nurture such gifts in your life.
I wish that I could say it was so, but it wasn’t like that. These gifts were not understood and were definitely not encouraged. I am hoping that is different for the beautiful, spiritually awake children that are coming in now.
3. What do you think of the power of the subconscious mind? Do you consider it to be one of the important parts of manifesting?
The subconscious mind is very powerful. It’s part of the whole psyche. Manifesting is a process that engages all aspects of self.
4. You are a very talented musician and composer. I understand that you have seen and spoken with Angels when you were only 4, did you get your inspiration for such beautiful music with the help of some angels too?
Thank you Gamy. How sweet. Yes, I can hear the music of the angels. Everything I do is co-created, so it’s really more than inspiration. I actually hear the music first as entire songs and then it is up to me to translate what I’m hearing to the instrument. I do my best.
5. How will you help a person who came from a broken home, without the love and care of loving parents, to change or move forward in life. What will you tell this person?
When we begin to view everything as a lesson in love rather than something hurtful that someone has done to us, we have forward moving energy. Really all that is needed is a change in perspective and perception at a core level. I would tell this person that part of this lesson is learning about self-love from the inside, rather than the outside. I would tell this person they have the power to validate their own parking ticket with the stamp of approval. I would tell this person that they are so loved and valuable and worthy that they cannot even imagine it.
6. I understand that you do distant energy reading and healing, what do you mean by that? What will entail in such a call? How many sessions will be required to see any results?
I am retired from psychic readings and energy healing. However, when we speak of distance and the concept of time, we should try to understand that we are conceptualizing these with our linear mind. In truth, they do not exist. That is why it isn’t necessary to be in a person’s physical presence to do a reading or energy work.
When doing a reading, I’m tuning in to the person’s spirit. I’m opening up their soul record and bringing back information they need to help them move forward. A reading is a bit different than a healing, although the two sometimes intertwine. Usually a person will have what they need to move forward in one session.
Everything is in layers though, and so a person may move forward for a time and then come upon a set of lessons that challenges them again to get to the root of their patterns. For energy readings, I can see the person’s chakras, aura, energy field. I can see where they are blocked; and if they want me to move and clear the energy, I do. However, it is then up to the person to hold and incorporate the changes if that is what they desire to do. I can move it. I can clear it. I can help them feel better, but ultimately it is up to the individual to integrate. You can assist someone on their journey, but you can’t live it for them.
