Running Drills
Run drills. You want to have an effective conditioning, and fat burning workout, get off of the treadmill and get out in the yard. Make an obstacle course right in your front yard. Start running sprints, jumping, and carrying things, and doing bodyweight exercises. This is a great way to get in a 20 minute workout that is far better than an hour long workout that you would do on any kind of cardio machine, and it is free. It is a high intensity workout.
I have said it before and I will say it again. You have to start thinking about exercise in a different way. You do not need the a gym to get into good shape. You just need the right mind set, and the will to do the work that it takes to do it. There are always going to be those people that think that it is not a workout unless there is someone there to see their new shoes, or other workout gear. It is about your fitness training program, not the cloths that you wear.
Create your own training environment, and start to get into the best shape of your life right at home, in your local park, and on your bike. Have fun with your workout program. When you take your training out of the gym, it is wide open as to what you are able to do. There are no rules. This alone will prove to be a huge advantage over any health club workout that you can have.
